Best time to apply your fragrance is after the shower because your pores are open. You can also apply a layer of unscented or lightly scented lotion and spray 3-6 inches away from your pulse points - behind ears, base of throat, chest, inside elbow and inside wrist. Spray 1-3 squirts on 2-4 pulse points. Apply sparingly or generously based on your desired strength.
